Tender support
Tender packages contractors can price correctly, and technical offers checked line by line before award: scopes of work, specifications, technical evaluation, clarifications and vendor meetings.
Process engineering
Basis of Design, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing and datasheets, utilities balance, relief and flare systems, HYSYS simulation.
Process safety
HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, Bow-Tie, safety critical elements and hazardous area classification. Studies that change the design, not just the report.

The later you find it, the more it costs.
Up to detailed design, a change is a drawing revision. After that, it becomes rework, schedule delay and lost production. That is where an extra pair of eyes pays for itself.
Gas plants, pipelines and early production
Nawara CPF
Gas plant development covering wellsites, flowlines, oil separation and stabilization, gas compression, TEG dehydration, MDEA sweetening, utilities and export. Then the integrated asset in operation: gas plant, 350 km export pipeline and LPG facility.
Maamoura Gas Plant
Slug catcher, oil separation and stabilization, gas compression, TEG dehydration, DEA sweetening, LPG recovery and storage, firefighting and utilities. Process deliverables through design, then commissioning coordination on site.
Anaguid East Development
New discovery in a new concession, tied back to an existing facility through a 52 km export pipeline: gathering point, pipeline and receiving facility, taken from conceptual study through to detailed engineering.
Early Production Facilities
Oil early production units and a 5,000 BOPD gas lift plant. Installation time cut from two months to ten days with skid-mounted pre-assembly and a redesigned installation sequence, delivered as a two-person team.
